The apartment was amazing with new and cozy facilities, friendly host, perfect location for sightseeing with easy access to tourist areas and Metro station, spacious living room for family gathering, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Marvellous and best possible location just next door to Portugal and sites and shopping mall and metro, everything perfect. Huge rooms with central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. Nice drinks at Navegadoors, nestled 300 ft away.

Great location, comfortable beds, friendly host, enjoyed the stay. Convenient door codes, washer/dryer a big bonus for longer stays. Good shower pressure and hot water. Spacious layout, plenty of storage, two bathrooms. Halfway through the stay, sheets changed and towels exchanged.

I recently stayed at Baixa Chiado Aurea for a few days and it was perfect for my sightseeing trip. The location is central, within walking distance to all the main attractions and the metro station. The apartment itself is spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and even has a washing machine and dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful and even provided a crib for my baby. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location, convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Spacious apartment with plenty of room. Rachel, the host, was really nice and welcoming, even though we arrived late. Perfect for women traveling alone.
Felt very homey, nothing was too much trouble.

I got great value for my money at Baixa Chiado Aurea Apartment in Lisbon. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff, especially Rachel, was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more varied and flavorful.
